What you'll do

• Provide, oversee, and coordinate resident care
• assess residents and develop, implement, and evaluate care plans
• supervise LPNs, medication aides, CNAs/STNAs, and other direct-care staff
• assign work according to resident needs and staff capabilities
• adjust assignments and breaks
• receive staffing calls and arrange replacements
• complete performance evaluations and provide input on personnel decisions
• oversee unit operations when higher-level management is absent.
