Job overview
The IT Specialist Mid role is an onsite position based in Indianapolis, IN, with a pay rate of $36 to $42 per hour. This role supports the Service Management, Integration, and Transport (SMIT) portion of the Navy-Marine Corps Intranet. The role exists to perform advanced systems installation, operation, integration, and troubleshooting. It contributes to the team by maintaining optimum IT system operations and supporting the Navy's enterprise network.
What you'll do
- Design and oversee upgrades and new installs of IT systems
- perform Tier III upgrades of networking and storage systems
- troubleshoot IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols
- integrate enterprise and local IT systems.
