What you'll do

• Provide a professional front-desk presence for employees, visitors, vendors, and guests.
• Verify visitor access requirements, issue credentials, and maintain visitor records.
• Monitor access points, receive and direct deliveries, report unusual activity, respond to incidents and alarms according to procedures, answer phones, manage inquiries, and document incidents.
