SMT Machine Operator — 2nd Shift

The SMT Machine Operator role is onsite in New Baltimore, MI, working Monday through Thursday from 4:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. Pay is $18–$22 per hour. The operator supports Riverside Mfg LLC’s electronics manufacturing operations. The role operates and monitors surface-mount technology equipment to produce circuit board assemblies that meet quality and production requirements. It contributes to safe, efficient output by completing inspections, maintaining records and equipment, and coordinating with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams.

What you'll do

• Set up and operate pick-and-place machines, stencil printers, and reflow ovens
• load feeders and components and program jobs according to work instructions and production schedules
• perform first-piece inspections and in-process quality checks
• monitor and adjust equipment
• troubleshoot machine issues and placement defects
• verify parts and lot numbers
• maintain production records
• clean and perform basic preventive maintenance
• follow safety, ESD, and 5S requirements.
