What you'll do

• Provide visible leadership and direction for the facility and department heads
• drive operational, clinical, financial, and census performance
• maintain compliance with federal, New York State, and corporate regulations and standards
• lead quality improvement and promote resident care and satisfaction
• build, develop, and retain staff and leadership teams
• foster accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and resident-centered care
• partner with corporate leadership on facility goals and results.

Why this role
