The Class B CDL Truck Driver works onsite at the Taunton, MA facility, with delivery routes across greater New England. Compensation is $32.72 per hour to start. The role supports Boston Globe Media’s Distribution Team and its independent journalism and storytelling mission. The driver transports deliveries on local and regional routes while following safety requirements and maintaining required records. The position helps keep the distribution operation running across a seven-day schedule, including overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.

What you'll do

• Drive delivery routes within greater New England
• complete a two-month training period
• present a valid DOT medical certificate and RMV driving record at interview
• and meet the physical requirements of lifting up to 40 pounds and entering and exiting the truck at delivery locations. Forklift and pallet jack operation is a plus, with certification training available.
