The Hospital Cook role is onsite in Conrad, MT. Pay is $18 per hour. The cook supports hospital food service by preparing and serving meals in a professional kitchen. The role helps deliver nutritious, high-quality meals on schedule while maintaining food safety, sanitation, presentation, and orderly kitchen operations. It also supports inventory practices and assists with training food-service personnel.

What you'll do

• Review menus and assemble ingredients
• follow recipes and production sheets
• evaluate preparation and recommend operational improvements
• follow kitchen opening and closing procedures and sanitation practices
• assist with training food-service personnel
• report repair needs
• meet tray-line, cafeteria, and catering deadlines
• use cooking and presentation techniques
• follow prep and pull schedules
• measure and store ingredients safely
• document supply acquisitions
• rotate inventory
• follow safe food handling and cleaning procedures.
