What you'll do

• Welcome patients and provide customer service
• manage check-in, intake, and information collection
• schedule appointments
• answer multiple phone lines
• assist with insurance verification
• discuss treatment costs, copays, and collections
• maintain patient records
• support day-to-day dental team administration.
