What you'll do

• Manage project procurement, construction, and closeout
• review contracts, drawings, specifications, and scope
• develop budgets, schedules, forecasts, and financial reports
• coordinate manufacturers, engineers, suppliers, subcontractors, and field leadership
• manage submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, purchase orders, agreements, and change orders
• coordinate fabrication, deliveries, site readiness, and erection sequencing
• monitor progress and quality
• lead project meetings
• support safety standards
• oversee punch lists, warranties, documentation, and closeout.
