What you'll do

• Supervise and inspect cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
• manage rotational and special cleaning projects
• address guest requests and concerns
• communicate with team members and departments
• ensure safety, sanitation, and operational standards
• report maintenance issues to engineering
• handle lost and found items and inquiries
• participate in hotel meetings and committees as needed.
