Recovery Coach — Evening and Weekend

Job overview

The Recovery Coach — Evening and Weekend role is onsite in Midway, UT. Pay is $15–$17 per hour. Acqua Recovery operates a mental health and substance abuse recovery facility. The coach supports clients’ basic needs and therapeutic goals while helping maintain a safe therapeutic environment. The role coordinates residential activities, assists with group therapy and patient education, monitors clients, and communicates observations and progress to supervisors and clinical staff.

What you'll do

• Attend groups with patients and take notes to support the therapeutic process
• escort patients to off-site activities and recovery meetings
• uphold facility policies, procedures, and boundaries
• support clients in establishing healthy boundaries and accountability
• assist nursing staff with medication dispensing, vital signs, and documentation
• complete rounds and document findings
• recognize and report changes in affect, behavior, or mood
• monitor and record client progress
• report resident status and complete charting as directed
• perform facility duties as directed by a supervisor.
