What you'll do

• Collect and enter Minimum Data Set information for residents in a timely manner as required by law
• identify problem areas indicated by MDS and coordinate efforts to address quality measures
• update assignment and report sheets weekly
• capture restorative nursing hours on MDS per physician orders
• collaborate with Social Services for care conferences
• and coordinate changes of condition and OMRA assessments.
