What you'll do

• Map and improve workflows
• develop practical procedures and cross-department handoffs
• identify automation opportunities and evaluate technology
• establish KPIs, scorecards, and accountability rhythms
• build operational and financial dashboards, job-costing, and forecasts
• lead projects through implementation
• strengthen management systems and team development
• and contribute to recruiting, HR, marketing, client experience, vendor, and facilities operations.
