What you'll do

• Implement operating policies covering hours, staffing, duties, shop cleanliness, and estimates
• work with PSSRs and sales representatives on customer solutions
• promote cooperation across divisions
• prepare work schedules and assign maintenance and repair work
• open and close work orders
• take service calls and perform on-call duties as required
• uphold safety policies in shop and field
• analyze and resolve work problems
• may perform work of supervised employees
• travel up to 10%.
