What you'll do

• Oversee testing of wires and cables
• maintain calibration of testing equipment
• compile and evaluate statistical quality data
• interpret engineering and industry specifications with Engineering
• assist with complaint analysis, corrective actions, continuous improvement, and process audits
• support customer and supplier audits
• investigate returned products and coordinate corrective actions
• assist the lab and perform internal audits as needed.
