The role coordinates study activities from implementation through ongoing maintenance, supporting participant recruitment, protocol compliance, data documentation, and study oversight. This work helps the research team conduct clinical trials in accordance with protocols and applicable requirements.

What you'll do

• Coordinate daily clinical trial activities
• schedule participant appointments and serve as a patient liaison
• review study protocols, timelines, and eligibility criteria
• support the informed consent process with the Principal Investigator
• perform clinical procedures and assessments
• coordinate sponsor and monitor visits
• complete case report forms and extract chart data
• respond to data clarification requests
• coordinate regulatory compliance, training records, screening and deviation logs, monitoring, and audits
• maintain study files and secure document storage
• process and ship specimens
• obtain patient vitals and perform phlebotomy.

Why this role

Medical Assistant Certificate is required. CPR and Medication Aide are listed; HIPAA certification is preferred but not required. Two years in a clinical research setting is preferred, and urology experience is preferred but not required.
