What you'll do

• Prepare food for showcase, cold bar, catering, and grab-and-go according to standardized recipes and production guides
• maintain cleanliness, food safety, labeling, and product rotation
• ensure food is cooked, held, and served at appropriate temperatures
• monitor prep levels and communicate production needs
• follow sanitation protocols and food safety logs
• collaborate with team members during peak periods
• and communicate with customers, store leadership, and the Director Group. The role may include evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
