What you'll do

• Provide customer service and follow site security procedures and emergency response activities
• monitor calls, alarms, communications, and service requests
• document details and dispatch personnel according to protocols
• coordinate communications among site personnel, vendors, emergency responders, and management
• respond calmly to incidents and escalate concerns
• maintain logs and reports while supporting access control and visitor management.
