Senior Director, Human Resources Due Diligence and Performance Improvement

What you'll do

• Lead buy-side and sell-side HR due diligence
• assess workforce structure, labor costs, incentives, compliance, and organizational effectiveness
• translate HR and workforce data into executive-ready recommendations
• design and implement HR operating models
• lead post-close HR transformation initiatives
• support business development and thought leadership
• coach junior team members
• lead internal training, client relationships, talent acquisition, and firm-building initiatives.
