IT Technical Project Manager, Hybrid

What you'll do

• Track deliverables and action items
• support annual reviews and maintenance of plans and SOPs
• support daily production operations and team communications
• manage production-support Jira tickets
• monitor dashboard reports and Glue jobs and coordinate follow-up on errors
• coordinate change requests and change cards, including the CCB
• support QA and BA activities as needed
• maintain Confluence documentation
• support automation opportunities with scrum teams
• identify process gaps and coordinate improvements
• review project and operational documentation
• develop project plans, charters, schedules, deployment and communication plans
• lead meetings
• manage scope changes, issues, status, ROI, time, and budget
• support testing, quality reviews, approvals, and project closeout.
