Traveling Field Service Representative

The Traveling Field Service Representative role is onsite at Corewell Health locations in Wayne and Farmington Hills, MI, with a likely schedule of 5:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m., Monday–Friday. Pay is $20–$22 per hour. Daniels Health provides healthcare safety systems and medical-waste collection services. The representative inspects and services products at assigned hospital locations, maintains container inventory, and works with clinical staff and Daniels teams to support safe waste segregation, timely exchanges, and customer service.

What you'll do

• Work with clinical staff on healthcare-waste segregation, container exchanges, and fill accuracy
• inspect and service Daniels products in hospitals and medical centers
• maintain container inventory by location and department
• communicate with hospital and Daniels staff
• escalate customer issues
• maintain orderly staging areas
• stand and walk for significant portions of the day and handle containers and wheeled transporters.

Why this role
