The work includes drafting and negotiating financing documents, advising on leveraged finance and lending matters, and coordinating with clients, financial institutions, opposing counsel, and internal deal teams.

What you'll do

• Represent lenders, private equity sponsors, and public and private company borrowers
• structure, draft, review, and negotiate credit and related financing documents
• advise on leveraged finance, acquisition financing, and asset-based lending
• handle syndicated credit facilities, private credit, note purchase agreements, and sovereign debt financings
• advise on UCC and secured-lending matters
• manage transactions through closing
• coordinate deal teams.
