Shipping and Receiving Supervisor

What you'll do

• Lead warehouse operations and delivery of goods to and from production
• supervise receiving, order filling, shipping, stock records, and inventory activities
• coordinate loading, unloading, and transportation schedules
• prepare domestic and foreign shipping documentation and maintain ERP records
• manage receiving, warehousing, and distribution procedures
• liaise with drivers, customers, and warehouse personnel
• support production component requirements
• conduct inventories and reconcile records
• inspect warehouse equipment and arrange repairs
• recruit, hire, and train warehouse associates.

Why this role

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or purchasing is preferred but not required, or equivalent experience. Requires 7–10 years of warehouse management and leadership experience; NetSuite/ERP and advanced Excel knowledge are listed.
