What you'll do

• Direct leasing, marketing, and facilities operations across the assigned properties
• recruit, hire, supervise, train, coach, and develop staff
• set goals and conduct performance evaluations
• oversee maintenance standards, work orders, and preventive maintenance
• oversee resident communications, building administration, collections, and evictions as applicable
• manage portfolio performance to budget
• resolve escalated resident and university partner concerns
• coordinate with HR, Facilities, and Retail support teams
• maintain key control oversight.
