Part-Time Caregiver (HHA/CNA)

What you'll do

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• assist with personal care and activities of daily living
• prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• help with mobility and safe transfers
• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• provide transportation to appointments and errands when applicable
• offer medication reminders
• observe and report changes
• follow care plans and infection control procedures
• complete electronic timekeeping and documentation.
