What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for seasonal and year-round landscape crew laborers
• source, screen, interview, and hire candidates
• coordinate hiring timelines
• maintain hiring, onboarding, and workforce records
• conduct onboarding and orientation
• travel between job sites to train employees and reinforce standards, culture, and safety
• support supervisors and foremen
• respond to crew employment questions
• assist with employee concerns and retention
• track staffing, retention, training, and safety metrics.
