Maintenance Technician — Property Management

What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair HVAC units, household appliances, and electrical systems
• perform plumbing repairs
• prepare vacant units for rent
• provide technical direction to Level 1 staff
• participate in after-hours on-call rotations
• perform grounds maintenance
• document service requests and repair histories using work-order software
• respond to emergency calls.
