What you'll do

• Provide preventive, chronic disease, and acute primary care
• perform physical examinations and annual health assessments
• conduct basic gynecologic exams for adult female patients
• diagnose and manage medical conditions and coordinate care
• maintain accurate and compliant EMR documentation
• collaborate with behavioral health, care management, and support staff
• participate in quality improvement, peer review, and case management
• contribute to scheduled on-call coverage
• attend meetings and training
• supervise Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants as applicable
• comply with HIPAA, OSHA, and organizational standards.
