The manager builds sustainable donor pipelines and develops engagement strategies that align donor interests with the organization's urgent mission-critical needs.

What you'll do

• Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward individual donors at the $5,000+ level.
• Develop and execute customized engagement strategies.
• Build a robust donor pipeline.
• Mobilize philanthropic support during disaster response.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
