What you'll do

• Coordinate the physician’s schedule across clinics, surgeries, meetings, and conference calls
• assist administratively to keep the provider on task
• triage telephone messages and return calls
• collaborate with coworkers, management, patients, visitors, and physicians
• room, interview, and transport patients by wheelchair
• adjust appointments and schedules as needed
• address scheduling, authorization, and billing issues
• translate patient discussions and documents between Spanish and English as authorized by HIPAA
• perform other non-clinical duties as assigned.
