What you'll do

• Welcome clients
• drive membership and package sales
• rebook appointments and manage the waitlist
• handle client communications by phone, email, and text
• share product knowledge and skincare suggestions
• track sales performance and membership metrics
• keep the studio clean, organized, and client-ready
• share observations and solutions with management.
