What you'll do

• Scrape and load dishes into racks or the dishwashing machine
• operate the machine and presoak silverware
• wash pots, pans, and trays by hand
• move supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
• sweep and mop floors and clean spills
• clean kitchen surfaces and equipment
• restock paper towels and soap
• empty and wash trash cans
• assist in the Back Aisle position when needed
• use silver de-tarnishing equipment under management guidance or according to standards.
