Job overview

The Line Leader II – 3rd Shift role is onsite in Macungie, PA, with compensation of $20–$24 per hour. The schedule is 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m., 40 hours per week. System One provides outsourced services and workforce solutions to clients. Under the Manufacturing Supervisor, the line leader helps meet daily production schedules by coordinating employee activities, monitoring packaging operations, and supporting safe, compliant work. The role also contributes to accurate documentation, line readiness, and continuous process improvement.

What you'll do

• Direct employee activities in the assigned manufacturing area under the Manufacturing Supervisor
• communicate job orders
• ensure accurate batch records
• maintain a clean, orderly, safe work environment under GMP standards
• monitor packaging operations
• report production metrics and suggest improvements
• train peers
• oversee changeovers, startups, and lot changes
• check cleaning, attendance, and task completion
• update management
• troubleshoot operational issues and support investigations and efficiency initiatives.
