Condominium Facilities Manager

Job overview

Compensation is $30–$32 per year. The Condominium Facilities Manager role is onsite at The Tanner Place Condominiums in Portland, OR, and is part-time. The role supports Bluestone Real Estate Services’ Community Association Department and the property’s safety, performance, and long-term upkeep. The manager oversees building systems and maintenance planning to keep the condominium operating safely and efficiently. By managing vendors and capital projects, supporting budgets and compliance, and communicating with property stakeholders, the role helps protect the property investment and prepare it for future needs.

What you'll do

• Oversee operation and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, elevators, fire and life safety, building automation, generators, domestic water, and access control
• inspect property and equipment
• develop preventive maintenance programs
• manage contractors, engineers, consultants, and service providers
• evaluate repairs, replacements, and modernization
• coordinate capital improvement, construction, and renovation projects
• assist with operating and capital budgets and reserve planning
• identify energy-efficiency opportunities
• coordinate inspections, testing, regulatory compliance, and safe work practices
• support emergency preparedness and respond to building emergencies when needed
• keep management, the Board, onsite staff, and residents informed.
