What you'll do
- Lead inpatient and outpatient CDI programs and concurrent and retrospective reviews
- evaluate AI-generated documentation suggestions
- review documentation for diagnoses, procedures, severity, and mortality risk
- manage physician query processes under AHIMA and ACDIS guidelines
- monitor CDI performance indicators
- collaborate with coding, compliance, and clinical teams
- provide education on documentation practices.

Why this role
