What you'll do

• Prepare nutritious meals according to established menus and dietary requirements
• prepare food in large quantities while maintaining quality and presentation
• assist with meal preparation and kitchen operations across shifts as needed
• provide appropriate alternatives for special dietary restrictions
• follow sanitation and hygiene practices
• maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen
• work cooperatively with dietary and healthcare team members.
