What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day operations of larger apartment communities
• supervise onsite staff and community managers
• ensure maintenance programs and regular property inspections
• monitor resident service requests and resolve tenant or staff conflicts
• approve vendor service agreements and capital improvement contracts
• monitor vendor performance
• develop and administer approved budgets
• oversee accounts receivable and payable coding
• prepare monthly financial performance summaries
• travel to properties as needed.
