CNC Operator

Job overview

The CNC Operator role is onsite in Painesville, Ohio. Compensation is $18–$25 per hour. The operator works in a precision manufacturing environment producing machined components to production and quality standards. The role exists to set up, operate, and monitor CNC equipment while ensuring parts meet specifications. Blueprint interpretation, machine adjustments, measurement, and documentation support accurate, consistent production.

What you'll do

• Operate CNC mills, lathes, or machining centers
• load materials and tooling
• read blueprints, job routers, and work instructions
• inspect parts with calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• monitor production and make basic adjustments or offsets
• change tooling and verify dimensions
• complete production and quality documentation
• maintain a clean work area and follow safety and quality procedures.
