Homecare Client Services Supervisor

The Homecare Client Services Supervisor role is onsite in Shelburne, VT. Compensation is $22–$25 per hour, with a schedule of 8 a.m.–5 p.m., Monday through Friday, and on-call administrator duty one weekend per month. The role supports SYNERGY HomeCare’s local home-care services. The supervisor oversees caregiver operations and coordinates client care plans and schedules, while also conducting home assessments, supporting hiring, maintaining the office, and engaging in community outreach. Hands-on care may be provided when needed, combining operational leadership with direct client support.
