Launch Specialist, Restaurant Platform Onboarding

The Platform Innovation team leads strategy and launch scaling for the client’s white-label restaurants business. The role exists to onboard restaurant merchants to the client’s products and improve their experience throughout the platform lifecycle. It develops onboarding plans, trains merchant staff, oversees digital ordering and SaaS tool implementation, and works across sales, account management, operations, product, and analytics.

What you'll do

• Create and execute merchant onboarding plans
• work directly with restaurant merchants
• train staff in-store and create training materials
• oversee software configuration and implementation of digital ordering and SaaS tools
• identify workflow improvements that support adoption and revenue
• collaborate cross-functionally. Frequent travel to merchant sites in the region and across the country is essential
• a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license are mandatory.
