Assistant Head Fitness Coach

The Assistant Head Fitness Coach role is full-time and onsite in Bloomington, IL, with pay of $20–$40 per hour. Orangetheory Fitness offers one-hour, full-body heart-rate-zone and strength-training workouts in a group setting. The coach leads and motivates members through structured workouts while supporting safe, effective exercise and member goals. As part of the leadership team, the role also works alongside the Head Coach to build community brand awareness, generate external leads, and support membership retention.
