What you'll do

• Plan and manage annual cut-flower crops
• forecast, grow, propagate, and harvest flowers, perennials, and woody foliage
• collaborate on the House Floral Program's creative vision
• schedule, onboard, and train staff arrangers
• lead two-hour floral design workshops for up to 50 participants
• design floral decor for events and retail displays
• harvest and process stems for gift-shop sales
• coordinate with Retail, Learning & Engagement, Events, and House Curatorial teams.
