What you'll do

• Coordinate nursing department clinical and administrative activities on an assigned shift
• ensure admissions and assessments are completed
• address emergent resident needs and changes in condition
• serve as a clinical resource and delegate responsibilities
• participate in inspections
• assess residents and validate staff clinical decisions
• support resident care plans
• make rounds and monitor nursing standards and documentation
• report issues to the Director of Nursing
• provide direct care as needed.
