What you'll do

• Execute and manage advocacy campaigns within regional pods
• coordinate day-to-day operations and collaboration with staff and leadership
• lead priority-setting and contribute to campaign strategy
• document campaign planning and implementation processes
• serve as the primary contact for regional pods
• build relationships with pod members and identify resource needs
• implement strategic plans and align campaigns with organizational goals
• analyze campaign data
• oversee project schedules, deadlines, risks, and resource allocation
• facilitate daily pod calls and communication channels
• support DEI discussions and action steps within pods.
