What you'll do

• Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution

• draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and coverage advocacy materials
• conduct and defend depositions
• handle discovery and motion practice
• participate in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
• develop strategies with clients and senior attorneys
• mentor junior attorneys and collaborate across offices.

Why this role
