What you'll do

  • Support the director with scheduling, meetings, conference calls, travel itineraries, materials, and correspondence
  • handle routine email and phone correspondence
  • provide logistical support for programs and the Annual Business Meeting
  • maintain calendars of meetings, programs, communications, and deadlines
  • support policy products and committees
  • draft documents and presentations, agendas, and minutes
  • track follow-up items
  • process accounts payable and receivable
  • update website information and data
  • assist with publications
  • coordinate mailings
  • track office supplies and inventory
  • support staff projects.
