The One-on-One Caregiver role is onsite in clients’ homes in Clarksville, TN. Pay is $14–$15 per hour. ComForCare Home Health Care provides in-home services intended to help clients live well in the comfort of their homes. The caregiver provides individualized personal care and companionship, supporting clients’ daily activities, safety, and well-being. The role follows care plans, observes changes in client condition, and communicates relevant information to supervisors.

What you'll do

• Provide one-on-one personal care and companionship in clients’ homes
• assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• support meal preparation, feeding, and light housekeeping
• monitor and report changes in health, behavior, or condition
• assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• provide medication reminders and follow individualized care plans
• offer emotional support and companionship.
