Field Service Engineer Tier II

What you'll do

• Provide Tier 2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
• install, troubleshoot, service, and repair computers and related software
• support basic network connectivity and hardware issues
• connect devices to existing data networks
• maintain ticketing-system logs
• provide in-person and remote user support
• perform minor repairs
• assist users with hardware and software
• document support activities and resolutions
• collaborate on system needs and improvements.

Why this role

Requires at least one year of hands-on IT support experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. Must obtain HDI or SDI certification, CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundations, and one listed additional certification within six months. U.S. citizenship and ability to pass a federal background investigation for Public Trust suitability are required. After-hours on-call availability is required.
