Member Services Concierge

The Member Services Concierge role is an onsite, temporary seasonal position in Hoicks Hollow, MA, running from mid-May through mid-October, with pay of $23–$25 per hour. The role supports Nantucket Golf Club’s Member Services department by serving members and their guests. The concierge anticipates and responds to member needs, coordinates reservations and services, and helps ensure a welcoming club experience. The position also supports events, member communications, and the orderly operation of designated club areas.

What you'll do

• Provide concierge services to members and guests
• arrange or recommend restaurant reservations, recreation, transportation, and other services
• respond to complaints, questions, concerns, and suggestions under the Director of Member Services
• answer phones professionally
• check guests into cottages and coordinate reservation requests
• assist with special events, golf outings, and tournaments
• maintain the appearance and cleanliness of lobby and ladies’ locker room areas
• coordinate arrivals and departures with valet
• follow club safety and security procedures
• assist with Member Services reports.
