Job overview

The Respiratory Therapist (CRT) is an onsite position based in Nashville, TN. Compensation is not specified for this role, which supports the cardiopulmonary care department at TriStar Centennial Medical Center, a 740+ bed comprehensive facility. This role exists to provide cardiopulmonary care services in accordance with physician orders. The therapist administers life support, performs diagnostic tests, and monitors patient conditions to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of heart and lung disorders.

What you'll do

  • Deliver and assess responses to ordered therapy, utilize oxygen and therapeutic gas equipment, administer prescribed aerosol drugs, measure ventilatory volumes, monitor patient condition, and perform duties related to the maintenance and sterilization of respiratory therapy equipment.
